How to submit a ticket:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org from your District provided email account and a support ticket will be automatically generated.
2. Login to rjuhsd.freshdesk.com using your RJUHSD Gmail credentials.
Choose to login using Google.
Enter your district Google login credentials.
Click New Support Ticket to create your ticket.
Enter the appropriate information regarding your problem and submit your new ticket.
3. Call x1234 to speak with a technology representative (Please note, this is an internal resource only). If calling after hours, or if the line is busy please leave a message to reserve your place in the work order queue.
The District Technology Helpdesk is staffed from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday year round (except holidays).
